Hellenic Bicycle Museum, Afidnes, Greece

A private Greek bicycle museum, just half an hour from the center of Athens, invites its visitors on a brisk ride into the past. Founded by Arsenis and Thanasis Sinanoglou, sons of Ioannis Sinanoglou (Classic Cars & Bicycles), the bicycle museum exhibits mostly touring city bicycles from before and after World War II, racing but also military bicycles, folding models, children's tricycles, some even technically complex bicycles, all masterfully restored and maintained in perfect condition. The museum is located in a building from the early 20th century, which once served as an OSE bus warehouse, and has been open to the public since 2014.
