Augustusburg - Motorcycle museum, Germany

One of the, if not, THE largest historical motorcycle museum has re-opened its doors after an extensive remodelling. Located in a real German castle, the 16th century Schloss Augustusburg, has a total of 1500 m2 fitted with 175 classic and vintage motorcycles. This area in Germany is where famous brands such as MZ and DKW were made, so it's fitting that the museum will show many of its former models. Some of the oldest motorcycles ever made are on show. For example, you'll find a Hildebrand & Wolfmüller from 1894, two Megola, and two Böhmerland. You'll also find a fine collection of vintage racing motorcycles.
If you are interested in antik bicycles, so some are in display too.
