Efbe Bugatti - Stadion after 1930

František / Franz Brauner from Mikulovice and later from Bruntál bought Stadion bicycles, which he offered with his own converters. In 1929 he launched Bugatti bicycles – taking advantage of the popularity of Eliška Junková, who shone at the Targa Florio in 1928 with the Bugatti 35 racing car, and offered Bugatti bicycles in various designs. However, this information soon reached Ettore Bugatti, who sued Brauner. He took matters into his own hands, and by 1931 at the latest he had changed the brand to Buga. That is why Bugatti bicycles are very rare, or rather we do not know of any original Brauner Bugatti bicycle. This is a Stadion bicycle in its original condition with a Bugatti converter, the closest to its original.
