Velocipede, first frame type, France 1868

A fantastic early velocipede from the period of the first velocipedes produced by the Parisian company Michaux. The "Serpentine" frame is typical of the first generation of velocipedes.

100% original condition. A completely unique museum piece.

Remains of original paint on the wheels and frame, including recognizable lines.
