Clément & Cie, Hard Tire Safety – c.1893

French hard tire safety made by Clément et Cie in Paris circa 1893. Handles are stamped Clement Paris, paint residue and gold maker sticker on head tube. The size of both wheels is the same - approx. 28". As can be seen from the text in the catalog, Clement used the size of the wheels in millimeters and therefore the size of the wheels is slightly smaller than 28". Very good condition, beautiful patina.

The bike will go together with a lamp and a bag.

5 places where CLEMENT is visibly marked:

-         - Head tube - gold logo

-         - Right and left hand crank

-         - Clement lamp (without inner reservoir)

-         - Leather handlebar bag

-         - Saddle with Clement markings (professionally repaired in the front)
